The Hallmark Keepsake Ornament 2004:

"The Ballet" / I Love Lucy Ornament : a handcrafted Lucy wearing a pink lacy tutu in a ballerina pose. This is a "Clip-On" style ornament that has a spring in her waist, giving her a bobble-like feature.

The keepsake is new in the box, only removed to examine & photograph. Never displayed by the original owner. The box does have some shelf & storage wear. See Photos.
