This is a Smarties candy dispenser of that features the iconic Taco Bell mascot, the Chihuahua! Push a button on the bottom and his mouth opens to dispense Smarties. Even though it comes with a roll of smarties candy attached, eating them is probably not that great of an idea, as they maybe from around 1999 or 2000...The device is still sealed in the original packaging.
