Album Info: Packaging: Issued in a four-panel gatefold cardboard sleeve in a cardboard slipcase and a 28-page booklet including lyrics. Also includes an A3 sized leaflet, map-folded to form six panels which is a reproduction of the poster (with photographs and lyrics) included in the original LP release.
